Our refund policy addresses various scenarios, including deposits, service fees, and the refund process. Deposits may be refunded if the client notifies us within the agreed-upon timeframe, while refunds for service fees are considered case by case. To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 30 days of the original payment date. Once reviewed, approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days.
